The 2019 Llanrwst Gala will be held on the 1st Sunday of July, as always. This means that the gala will be on the 7th July in Gwydir Park, Llanrwst.
Entertainment includes :
- Mr BimBamBoozle (Punch & Judy)
- A mobile climbing wall – are you brave enough to climb to the top?
- A majorette competition – organised by the Cymru Carnival Association
- Musicians & bands
- Fairground rides
- Children’s races
Also, at the gala this year we will hold a car boot sale – if you would like to pre-book a pitch for this or are interested in having a stall at the Gala please fill in the form below.
Please note that the charges for stalls this year remain at £10 for a “business” stall and are free for charity stalls. As in previous years, if you make a lot of money at your stall we would request that you consider making an extra donation.
Sadly, this year our insurers have insisted that if you are a commercial stall or organisation that is not raising money for the Conwy Valley Rotary Club that you have your own public liability insurance and also carry out a risk assessment (which is more than likely a condition of your own insurance anyway).
Please also note that we do not allow stalls selling food or drinks – we have our own catering unit that raises funds for charity and a long standing arrangement with an ice-cream van.
